look, touch, smell, taste! with our new format kuLINIERT we play on all the senses at the same time and invite selected chefs and food manufacturers of specific delicacies to our shop at the naschmarkt, one of vienna’s culinary hotspots.

on 9.7. we start with marco simonis from BASTEI 10, a concept shop/restaurant committed to the “urban appetite” and wildly popular with foodies as well as design affine cosmopolitans. he will tantalize us with different salad variations (tabuleh with sheep’s cheese, vegan black and red quinoa, thai chicken rice noodles) and “inge” the new ginger sirup, perfect for climate change temperature.

one week later on 16.7. we look forward to hosting the italian chef bruno ciccaglione from SAPORITO and his concept of the italian cuisine between “popolare” and modern “slow food”. he will surprise us with some variations of artichokes from the marchfeld company theuringer. both will bring some appetizers for free as well as a fine selection to take away.
