many years ago there was an influencer, a true emperor in his field, and so exceedingly fond of new clothes that he spent all his time getting dressed up just right. his instagram account was filled to the brim with glamorous costumes, and his stories spoke of the amazing shit they were made of, of the creative geniuses and the secret codes that only the coolest and the smartest could decipher. no one dared to say that all the posts, woven from empty words and fashionable phrases, didn’t make any sense at all. “oh, how well the pieces dress! how splendidly they fit!” all the followers like it to the fullest! really all of them? not… LINIERT / not for posers, but for real people with a real life!

we don’t do affected statements for any digital selfie show or the runway in paris. our runway is everyday life, and you are our supermodels! we see design as a service and clothes as textile companions, reliable armor for the numerous challenges and activities of urban life. whether it’s the office from 9 to 5, a spontaneous theater visit, or dinner with friends, LINIERT accompanies you everywhere. and the style? minimalistic and subtle, or as the english say: sophisticated! fine cuts, abstract, often architecturally inspired lines, all with a keen eye on different bodies, their peculiarities, their needs. following the motto: your body, our form! we see the outfits themselves more as frames, as spaces for unfolding, with only one protagonist in mind: you surely know who that is, right?!

and then, the fabrics… the ultimate quality check: our own fingers! we love a soft touch, we love stretch, we love easy care. but you’ll also find high-tech fabrics in our collections, some even with sculptural qualities. add to that, clear, vibrant colors, sometimes with geometric patterns or textures on top. and because the question is so relevant right now: our fabrics mainly come from italian, spanish, or german production and are either sewn into clothes and design objects in our own studio or in small partner workshops (within a radius of max. 100km). sustainability? „sustainable“ means, it still holds up after many years, and it does, we promise!

LINIERT was founded in 2006 by spanish fashion designer ivon gasque and austrian architect christian kollarovits, with a former ceramics studio as its home base. since then, LINIERT has continued to evolve tirelessly. in 2013, the second store opened in vienna, and in 2016, the brand made its international debut in the gothic quarter of barcelona. our designs have been featured in renowned concept stores, including the tate modern in london. then came 2020, the start of this peculiar special phase << back to the future
